Tuition informATion

Payment is always due in advance with no deduction for absences, holidays, or closures due to inclement weather, power outages, or other situations beyond our control. Students can take 2 weeks of vacation annually tuition free. All students must pay tuition even if they are absent for sickness or any personal reason. No Exceptions. Tuition can be paid every other week or monthly in advance. There are No Refunds. The fee for your child will vary according to the fee schedule above. ELRC co-payments must be paid in advanced according to your ELRC child enrollment agreement. All late payments will be reported to ELRC. The pay schedule you select will be documented within our enrollment agreement. Weekly tuition statements will be sent to you in advance via Brightwheel (text or email). If you fail to make the tuition payment per the enrollment agreement your child will not be allowed to attend until all arrears are satisfied.
