About Us
Serving Philadelphia for 30+ Years
Our staff primary goal is to educate the “whole- child” while building their social, emotional, cognitive, and Democratic life skills. We strive to establish respective and collaborative relationships with our parents, caretakers, clients, and community stakeholders. Our program was founded in 1983 and has proudly served children in and outside our community for 38 years. We are a proud members of the Keystone Stars, PhlPreK, and PreK Counts programs. Our 58th site program is sponsored by Nutritional Development Services and our Larchwood site is an member of the Child and Adult Care Food Program(CACFP), Department of Nutrition which provides healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and snack. Children are determined eligible to receive paid, reduced, or free meals based on the income of each applicant.

Our Program’s Focus
We recognize the importance of exposing children to people, places and things they may not encounter in their everyday environment. Our hands-on educational approach reinforces the primary goal to educate the “ whole-child.
Incorporated in our multi-layered education approach is a unique blend of the Creative Curriculum and Montessori education. This combination has enhanced the social and emotional development for the children both past and present.
